Hello everyone !
My name is Tobias Bessette and here are a few fun facts about myself (some facts more fun than others).
I'm a junior at Baruch College and, like many of my classmates, am an accounting major (minoring in Law & Policy). Included on my list of hobbies/interests are: mountain biking, traveling, visiting museums, going to baseball games, going to coffee shops for really good coffee (as I'm a bit of a coffee critic), playing guitar (out of practice though), and having deep, intellectually stimulating conversations. (One may be supprised to find out how sophisticated a conversation between two people about the weather could become if both persons are well caffeinated).
When having a discussion or a debate, I'm always looking to gain something from the conversation. This is why I always strive to be objective and give every point of view a "fair trial" before making a decision/judgment. This may pose a challenge for some when discussing such matters as religion, politics, or current events; therefore, this blog will contain topics that are serious enough to spark interesting discussions, but are not sensative topics that will most likely lead to destructive participation.
